Coach, Strategist, Survivor
Hi, my name is Daniel Craft, ADHD coach and advocate.
Today, I help others with ADHD unlock their potential—but my journey to this point was anything but straightforward.
For years, I struggled without understanding why everything felt harder for me than it seemed for others. Growing up, my undiagnosed ADHD led to impulsive decisions, frustration, and eventually addiction.
By 17, I hit rock bottom with an overdose.
At 18, I entered rehab.
At 19, I tried university, hoping for a fresh start—but I hated it.
At 20, I tried college, and changed my mind.
At 21, I tried college again, and once again, couldn't stick with it.
At 22 years old, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD. For the first time, I began to understand myself. I started stimulant medication, but instead of helping me thrive, it held me back in ways I didn’t expect. I felt stuck, like I was losing my spark. It wasn’t until I chose to go unmedicated at 25 that everything began to change.
Unmedicated, I learned how to harness my ADHD in ways that worked for me—not against me. I discovered tools, strategies, and a mindset that transformed my life.
Now, I’m using those lessons to help others. Through coaching, I guide people with ADHD to find clarity, build confidence, and turn challenges into strengths. Whether it’s managing time, emotions, or focus, I’ve been there—and I know you can succeed.
If you’re ready to rewrite your ADHD story, let’s talk. Together, we’ll unlock the version of you that’s been waiting to shine.
